This Trico is 24cm tall and 50cm long from nose to the end of the tail. Trico is the first art doll I've ever made. It took over 100 hours to create and I couldn't be happier with the result. The torso is made out of wire and coated with foam padding. Its head and legs are shaped out of fimo air natural and hand-painted with acrylic paint. The fur is faux fur and many genuine feathers were hand-sewn into it. Trico's eyes are glass jewels that glow in a shade of green or blue, depending on the lighting and angle.
Ico was one of the first games I played in my childhood. As many others did, I waited for The Last Guardian ever since the first trailer came out. I've always loved stories where the main theme is the companionship of humans and animals (another example would be How to Train Your Dragon). I hope you all like Trico as much as I do!
